HOT. Amazing as always, Leafy. <3
Fun fact about me: when I was a little girl, I really loved Sailor Venus. She was the reason I grew my hair out to my hips!

Just a few things on this costume…
This costume really means a lot to me. I know that it sounds silly, but it really does. It’s funny because it’s a character that no one really knows from a game that few people stateside have played, but damn, I feel so amazing when I wear it. I spent so long doing the applique on it and getting all the details. It was my first time winning an award at a larger convention and I’ve received a lot of compliments on it from a lot of people that I really respect (including my mom ;-;). I hate to sound cheesey, but this costume has given me a lot of confidence as a cosplayer and it’s shown me that it doesn’t matter what you cosplay, just do what you love and try your best, and amazing things will happen :3
My lovely friend. <3 I think every artist deserves to have a work that makes them feel like this!
Our local zoo’s red panda was finally out and about at my last visit! I didn’t expect it to have such a cute face! This picture is so cute, I just wanna poke his little pink tongue. <3
In honor of all the sweets I’ve consumed this week, I am reblogging this delicious looking collection of oreos. <3

Turning Children’s Drawings to Toys by Child’s Own Studio
Remember all that crazy shit you drew as a kid? True story: when I was but a wee lad I was fond of drawing bones with wings on them. There was a whole family of them. Why? Who the hell knows, kids are weird! But how awesome would have been if a cool company like this existed: where they take children’s drawings and convert them to real world toys. Maybe one day my Flying Bones with faces can get the same treatment. Check out tons more at their flickr

These are too cool.
My family did a great job of encouraging my art from the very young age they were able to see it… but I think something like this easily could have lead me down a different path. I love these.
